Cinnamon - the metabolism spice
Cinnamaldehyde, the active compound in Dalchini, is associated with healthy glucose metabolism and adds natural sweetness that helps reduce sugar cravings.
Simple daily protocol
- Morning: 1 tsp Amla Powder in warm water with honey
- Evening: Golden latte with 1/2 tsp Haldi, a pinch of Cinnamon and black pepper
